Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is included with my order?
Along with your skillfully prepared meal, we provide both serving
and individual utensils, plates, cups, napkins, ice, drinks and
desserts. We are happy to accomodate any special requests that you
may have for an additional charge. Please contact our Chef, Ron
Brown, to discuss your specific needs.
2. What drinks are included with the meal?
Drinks that are included with the meal include your choice of sweet
tea, unsweetened tea, or lemonade. You may also choose to include
Coke, Diet Coke, soft drinks or bottled water for a nominal extra
charge. Please make specific requests in the comments section of
your order
3. What desserts are included with the meals?
Desserts that are included with your meals are a mixture of freshly
baked cookies, brownies and/or Rons famous scrumptions. There is
one dessert included per meal ordered. If you have specific dessert
requests please include them in the comments section of your order.
Please feel free to order any additional desserts with no minimum.
We also offer a wide variety of freshly baked cakes and pies upon
request for an additional charge.
4. How late may I order lunch for the same day?
We always prefer at least a 24 hour notice, however, for delivery
to a physicians office within our local delivery area we can accept
an order up until 8:00 am on the morning of delivery. Please contact
our Chef, Ron Brown, for specific details regarding the local delivery
area and any specific requests that you may have.
5. Which items require 48 hour notice?
Only the items under the Special Delivery section of the menu require
48 hours notice.
6. What can you offer for special dietary needs?
We can provide for almost any dietary restriction including kosher,
vegetarian, and vegan meals. Other specific dietary needs including
food allergies will gladly be accomodated. Your special needs will
be discussed with you and individually handled by our Chef, Ron
Brown.
7. After delivery and set up of my order, how long will the food
stay warm?
When the delivery staff sets up the food it will be placed in individual
warmers on catering racks which include sterno heaters underneath.
This system will keep the food hot and ready to serve for up to
2 hours.
8. How is the food set up?
Our delivery staff will set up your food in the designated area
upon arrival. All food is delivered in individual warming dishes
which are elevated on wire catering racks and kept hot by a sterno
warmer placed beneath. All utensils, plates, cups, ice, drinks and
desserts are placed to accomodate easy self service by your guests.
9. What if I need to order for less than 10 people?
For all catered delivery orders, we require a 10 person minimum.
If you need to place an order for less than 10 people to be delivered,
we must charge you for 10 meals.
10. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on the area and location of the
requested meal. Most areas are listed via zip code on the web site
through the shopping cart function, however, if you have specific
questions reagrding a location or specific zip code please do not
hesitate to contact us directly.
11. Can I mix up foods from your different menus on my order?
The only meals that can be combined with one another are found under
the In the Waiting Room and In the Lab sections of our menus. All
other meals require a 10 person minimum per item.
12. How will I get a copy of my credit card receipt?
You can print a copy of your invoice directly from your account
on the web site. Also, rest assured that our professional delivery
staff will place an envelope adressed to you next to the dessert
tray included with each meal. Inside the envelope there will be
a copy of your receipt and an itemized invoice of your order.
13. Which meals come with desserts?
All meals come with desserts.
